Plaid Photoshoot

For Plaid’s new London HQ, my role went beyond straightforward interiors photography. I led the art direction and visual story, capturing how the space supports their hybrid way of working.

The focus was the balance Plaid needed to strike between collaboration and privacy, and the custom details that made the office feel like theirs from day one.
I started by resetting the space so it looked intentional and lived-in, not staged. From there, I mapped the strongest angles to tell the story properly, mixing clean wides, off-centre compositions and close-up details.

I introduced people selectively to bring energy into the frames, including subtle movement to give the space a sense of pace. Because the natural light and views were such a defining feature, I bracketed key shots to hold highlight detail and keep the balance between inside and outside.
The final set showcases more than a polished office. It communicates Plaid’s approach to flexibility and performance, from the mix of breakout areas and focus spaces through to the brand touches and practical upgrades that support hybrid meetings.

Alongside the imagery, I wrote a case study that tied the visuals back to the wider narrative of designing a workspace that adds value in ways remote work cannot replicate.

This project reflects how I like to work: clear creative direction, high craft, and visuals that make culture and intent immediately readable.
